The team had a busy day at 1env Solutions Ltd, after being called in to help with a large encroachment issue causing damage and fire escape access concerns.
The building has had to undergo large costly building and roof repairs, caused by the trees contacting directly with them and excessive leaf fall blocking guttering and drainage systems. By cutting back the encroaching growth and shaping back into the remaining canopies, not only was the criteria met but a neat aesthetically pleasing finish was achieved.
The team also removed and coppiced smaller self-seeded growth and a few smaller trees due to them impeding fire escape access.
The team at 1env are now looking to use the area more in the coming warmer months and possibly develop a lunchbreak area. Thanks for the work guys, it’s truly appreciated, we hope you enjoy the area going forwards 😊
