Covid-19 & Mental Health
Covid-19
With the unprecedented pandemic of coronavirus (Covid-19), we have all had to evaluate & adapt over the previous months. With raised awareness and much thought and in line with industry/ government approval, we were happy to hear we could continue our works early on after lockdown began. We adhere to all current government/medical advice and ask our clients to do the same.
Upon arranging an estimate of works, current procedures for accessing and assessing the works will be explained.
Upon booking of works, further procedures will be explained before works proceed. Where possible, monies can be paid via bank transfer or online banking. Cheques & credit cards are not accepted. Procedures for paying in cash will be explained upon booking of works.
Mental Health
The M.D. is a great believer in keeping a healthy mind as well as a healthy body. In these exceptional times with so much change, there are so many reasons why people may be feeling lonely, trapped, down or depressed. We would like to remind you that “you are not alone”. There are many government/ local authority and charity backed schemes and advice is readily available during this time. As well as private led routes of help and support available which have no waiting list and are not as costly as you may think. Here are some links that may help listed below. Please do not feel alone.
